Refund policy

Every product sold by Lisa Thomas Fine Art is “made to order,” which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your Order. Accordingly, Lisa Thomas Fine Art does not accept returns or exchanges for Orders. All purchases are final. No refunds after purchase. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the Order is placed. We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason at any time. If you believe you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us immediately at info@lisathomasfineart.com. 

On rare occasions, one or more products in an Order may be damaged while in transit in possession of our shipping partners. If one or more of your product(s) arrives damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage including images of the packaging to info@lisathomasfineart.com. In cases where one or more product(s) is materially damaged, we may elect to restore or replace the damaged product(s) at our sole discretion following a review of the photos submitted. Please inspect the product as soon as you can and notify us immediately of any shipping damage or other issues. We must be notified via email at info@lisathomasfineart.com within 10 calendar days of receiving your print.  If no such claim is made within 10 days, Lisa Thomas Fine Art and the customer will understand that the print has been accepted. In cases of shipping damage, please keep all original packaging and contents until the claim resolution process is finished.
